ARENA Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is having the following open position and is looking for talent people to join its structure.
*Assist Merchandisers in daily work, monitor whole order process from order placement to delivery completed, including pre-shipment samples reviews, order documents checking, monitor production schedule and inspection status from vendors, input data in the system…etc.
* In order to ensure a good buying process, timely and complete deliveries to customers in Europe.
* Being able to communicate directly with buyers / coordinators from different European countries as well as collaboration with domestic factories & suppliers.
* Assisting Merchandisers to develop new business opportunities by helping sourcing new suppliers or products.
Required skills:
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Photoshop).
· Holding University degree (at least CET-4 is a plus)
· Able to work independently, ready to work under pressure and overtime occasionally
· Self-motivated & organized, detail-oriented, efficient and team spirit, full of responsibility.
